Node Introduction

The total number of nodes is capped at 21,000, with no additional issuance in the future. The primary function of these nodes is to maintain the decentralization and data integrity of the Zeno network. Users who hold a node can choose to run the official validator program to earn block rewards. For those without the technical expertise to run a validator, they have the option to stake their nodes with other validators. Running a validator requires certain server costs, so validator service providers may charge a service fee ranging from 1% to 10% of the block rewards. This fee percentage will be adjusted by the validator service providers based on market conditions.

Here are the steps you need to take after purchasing a node. Failure to do so will result in not receiving block rewards.

1

Stake Node

Download the official validator program or go to the staking page to stake your node. This will be available in Q2 of 2025.

2

Ensure the proper operation of the validator

Please ensure the stable operation of the validator as much as possible.

3

Harvest rewards

The rewards will not be directly credited to your account. You will need to pay a very low gas fee to claim them.
